Tommy’s Cuisine
Overview
Tommy’s Cuisine is a decidedly upscale restaurant located in New Orleans’ fashionable Warehouse District. Favored by locals and tourists alike, Tommy’s offers classic Creole Italian dishes — a distinct culinary style that emerged in the late 19th century when a wave of Italian immigrants settled in the French Quarter.
Located within walking distance of the convention center, Tommy’s private dining areas are capable of accommodating groups of 12 – 350. The restaurant hosts a piano player on weeknights and bands on weekends.

What's Cookin' at Tommy's
Tommy’s simple yet magnificently polished menu seamlessly blends Creole and Italian. There are several oyster appetizers to choose from, including the signature Oysters Tommy with Romano cheese, pancetta, and roasted red pepper. Popular entrees include the soft-shell crab with crawfish, chicken Rosemarino and the duck Tchoupitoulas, which many consider the best duck dish in New Orleans.
Tommy’s wine list spans all of Italy, featuring more than 200 bottles and about two dozen by the glass. Tommy’s wine bar next door shares the same list, and the same incredible service.
Planning Your Next Event
The private dining rooms at Tommy’s are warm, clubby and inviting. The restaurant’s classic cafe-style tables, white linens, dim lighting and dark-stained wood interiors make it an ideal dining destination for private events and corporate parties.
